Great service, and fixed my sump issue incredibly quickly.

I highly recommend Wisconsin Radon and Environmental. They kept me up to date as far as their ETA to my home and even though the technician was up all night installing sump pumps with the all of the flooding, he was still at my house at 8:45 at the scheduled time. Once here, he got to work and got my fan installed. He was very professional and I was very happy with the quality of the work.

Jerome and his team were amazing to work with. Very responsive, and completed everything within a couple weeks (from testing, quote, to finished product). Everything looks precessional and we were impressed with the cost to install this radon mitigation system.

We had a system that is about 5 years old that another company installed before we knew about these guys. Late Thursday night, our main sump pump failed, and we were down to our small backup pump with the water in our pit almost too the top and the Radon system was struggling due to the high water. After a stressful night worrying about the failure and flooding, we tried several times contacting who installed our old system first thing Friday morning and had no luck.

I called this place about 9:00 am Friday and talked to Jerome right away and told him our problem, and he said he could be at our house around 5 that same day. He got there on time and texted when he was on his way.

He did a great walk through and found the problem right away. We ended up getting a new pump and a new flap valve and pipe installed. The new pump and valve are so much quieter than our old one and works great. He was all done from start to finish in about an hour which was great due to the storms that hit overnight on Friday.

It was big load off for the stress and anxiety that night and could sleep knowing our problem was solved.

Jerome did an outstanding job installing both our sump pump and radon mitigation system. Our radon levels were alarmingly high, over 54 and after his installation, they dropped to below 0.2, which is incredible it allows me to feel much safer for my family.

What really stood out was how he handled the process from the beginning. I initially considered taking this on myself, and Jerome was extremely helpful in walking me through what the job would involve. He wasn’t pushy or salesy at all, he used his knowledge and experience to clearly show me that the scope of the work was bigger than what I was prepared to take on, which I genuinely appreciated.

The solution chosen was it evacuate extracted radon gas through a roof stack, above our attached garage.

Nick visited today and the radon fan was working. Instead of just replacing it suggested I monitor it a week or so as the issue could have been caused by the extreme cold. No sense replacing if not broken. Friendly and customer oriented.

Great experience! Jerome gave us a thorough assessment of our sump pump and radon issues, provided suggestions and options to fix the issues, and had choices to fit our budget and needs. The radon mitigation system and replacement sump pump installation were done in a half day. We were very impressed with our new system and already have improved radon levels in our basement. We happily recommend them!

Jerome was easy to work with and very thorough with explaining the whole process for installation of mitigation in our new home. Levels were in the 20's prior to mitigation. After mitigation installation radon levels have been averaging below 1 for the last 2 months, typically staying between 0.6-0.8

Amazing installation- we are so happy.
4 inch PVC, up from the floor, over the basement, up through the house wall ( supported at 5 feet) to attic, over 40 feet through a hot attic to the attic platform over the garage and out the garage roof. Corner basement suction readings were nothing less than -8.0.
The new sump pump lid exceeded what we wanted. Was not cheap but—- if you want a first class installation, hire Jerome and team.

Wisconsin Radon & Environmental was great to work with from the beginning. Jerome came by and he spent time explaining the options that would work and his view.on their effectiveness. On installation day he ran into issues and recommended changing the approach. Again he described options with his view of each options effectiveness. I chose one and he moved forward which required them returning for another 1/2 day to complete. We started with a 9.7 radon level. Since his remediation we are averaging under 0.4. Can't say enough good about the entire experience.
